Buck Horn Limousine offers full, formal limousine service for weddings, events and special occasions. Point-to-point or Basic Car Service is not available for certain occasions. Currently our rate for luxury sedans is $60.00 per hour with a two hour minimum. Gratuity of 20% will be added.
Stretch limousines are $85.00 per hour with a $200.00 minimum charge for the first two hours of service. A 10% fuel surcharge may be added for out of town destinations. A gratuity of 20% will be added to the total charge excluding a fuel surcharge if applicable.
Interrupted Service, commonly requested by asking for "just a pickup and a drop off ", may not be available for all occasions. A service fee of $75.00 will be charged for each vehicle.
Formal limousine service includes:
- Choice of coach
- Cleaned and detailed coach
- Uniformed chauffeur
- Crystal glassware
- Bottled water
- Ice
- 15 minute early arrival
- Minimum of 2 hours of service
- Sign board and newspaper for business travelers
Formal limousine service does not include:
Arrangements can be made to have the coaches decorated for an additional charge. If you prefer you can have someone in you party decorate the coach for you.
Common decorations you might consider for your occasion:
- Flower arrangement inside coach
- Red carpet
- Champagne
- Mixed tape or CD
You must supply your own alcoholic beverages.
