• The flat rate for two or three passengers is $35.00

Four Person Rate - $60.00

• Groups of four passengers with light luggage can be accomodated with a Lincoln Towncar. The flat rate is $60.00
• This is for light luggage only - four checked bags, four carry-ons and hand bags will require a larger Stretch Jeep Limousine.
• Out of town destinations are billed at $2 per each additional mile

Four to Six Person Rate - $97.50

• Groups of four to six passengers will require a Stretch Jeep limousine. The flat rate is $75.00
• Fuel surcharge and gratuity are added bringing the total to $97.50
• Out of town destinations are billed at $2 per each additional mile

The Airport is 20-30 minutes from Downtown Durango. Because of a recent city annexation by Durango of an outlying area some map services will state a mileage from Durango that is incorrect. The exact mileage from downtown Durango to the Durango - La Plata County Airport is 14.7 miles. Please note this in your travel plans.

Baggage

Excess baggage may limit our vehicle seating capacity. Anything that does not fit in the closed trunk compartment will be considered excess baggage.

Excess includes but is not limited to:

• Oversized bags
• Bicycles
• Pet carriers
• Coolers
• Horse saddles
• Hard cases
• Golf bags

Use common sense and you will be fine. Airport luggage restrictions are usually equal to ours. If baggage is misrepresented or does not fit, additional charges may apply. Skis and snowboards are NOT a problem.

Service Area

Buck Horn Limousine is based in Durango, Colorado. For service outside of the city of Durango, our fee is an additional $2.00 per mile and a 10% fuel surcharge. We service all of Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah and Wyoming. Yes, that does include Ignacio, Bayfield, Durango Mountain Resort, Rafter J, Tamarron, Mesa Verde, Cortez, Pagosa Springs, Silverton, Durango West, Forest Lakes, Mountain Slums, Taco Towers, and The Ghetto in the Meadow. All of the above mentioned are in the great state of Colorado, however, most are not within Durango city limits and therefore subject to the additional mileage and fuel charges.

Protocol for Departures

The airlines request you arrive 90 minutes before your flight. You will not be permitted through airport security if you don't arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your departure time. Our dispatcher will help you decide what time your car should arrive.

Protocol for Arrivals

Basic car service requires cooperation and communication. All arriving parties must call Buck Horn Limousine if their flight is delayed. If your flight is on time, we ask for a confirmation call from you as you board your inbound plane to Durango. This phone call will prevent you from being charged waiting time if your flight is delayed. Even if your flight is delayed after boarding, your confirmation call still helps us conserve fuel by not making unnecessary trips to the airport. Passengers are greeted near the only door in the baggage claim area.

Reservation Information

A reservation is not confirmed unless you receive notice stating so via e-mail or telephone.

Our Chauffeurs Are Punctual

Our drivers are prompt. If you wish your car to arrive early for airport departure or pick ups, please schedule accordingly. We require the exact arrival flight time for airport pick ups. We allow up to 15 minutes for passengers to claim their baggage. Your driver may accept incoming calls while driving. If you do not want your driver to accept phone calls at any point during your charter, you must request formal service at the time you arrange your charter.

Vehicles

Basic car service passengers will be driven in either of our new sedans. We reserve the right to substitute a stretch limousine, at no extra charge, should it be necessary for scheduling efficiency.

Cancellation Policy

There is no extra charge for cancellations made 48 hours in advance. There is no charge for cancellations due to extreme weather. Passenger "no-shows" will be charged full fare price. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be charged a 15% processing fee.

Why is it so affordable?

Our Basic Service, normally referred to as Point-to-Point Service in the industry, eliminates some of the more expensive and time consuming features of our formal sedan service. Invoicing, Flight Tracking, Email Confirmation and Multiple Reservation Changes are not available.If you need these services or will requre the driver to wait for you please see our Formal Aiport or Business Travel. Our basic point-to-point service requires that the passengers be ready at the curb at the agreed upon reservation time.
